You will receive an easy-to-use star map. You also will
receive a personal letter from me with all your star's specifications and
interesting data. Your star will be visible from where you live (Northern
or Southern Hemisphere -- anywhere in the world).
Your star will be registered in "Schell's Astronomical Index."
This Index will be printed -- including your star's latitude and longitude
(its celestial address -- "right ascension and declination" to be
scientifically correct).
No one else will receive your star once assigned to you in "Schell's
Astronomical Index" with Astronomer Chris B. Schell in this
subscription.
The first subscribers will receive the brightest stars and the registration
will end and letters refused at the Post Office unopened when the supply
of the brightest stars reaches a faintness to the eye of 5th magnitude.
There is considerable work and experience involved in such an undertaking.
The price is $50 US dollars payable by US Postal Money Order or your nation's
International Postal Money Order only. All other forms of payment and requests
will be returned unfulfilled.
You may select the constellation of your choice (whether or not visible from
your home) -- for example, your astrological constellation such as Scorpio, Leo,
etc. These are very limited and will be the first stars to be "used up".
Your money in this instance will be refunded unless you specify, "When supply
of my constellation stars is exhausted, you and only you, Astronomer Schell, may
select one star for me."
There will be no other refunds made for any reason once your request has
been accepted by me, Astronomer Chris B. Schell, at the Post Office.
